Frequently Asked Questions
The following are some more responses to your most often requested questions:
I’m having trouble with an app. Do I need to delete it?
If an application isn’t starting or isn’t functioning properly, you can try a few different approaches before deleting the program completely. To begin, attempt a simple reboot of your television. You have two options: either turn it off, wait five seconds, and then turn it back on, or disconnect it, wait five seconds, and then plug it back in. In any case, a system reboot is a simple action to take that is frequently successful. If it doesn’t work, check to see if your Samsung Smart TV is running the most recent version of the software.
You may do this by going into the Settings menu on your television and selecting Support, then Software Updates.
If an option is available, choose Update Now.
After that, if it’s still not working, remove it and then reinstall it.
I don’t see the ‘Deep Link Test’ option. What else can I do?
One of the most common complaints regarding Samsung Smart TVs is the amount of bloatware they contain. The pre-installed programs take up a significant amount of space, making it difficult to obtain more material that meets your requirements. Some TV models have the Deep Link Test option, but it is grayed out, while others do not have it at all, depending on the model. Unfortunately, we have not been able to come up with a good solution for people who do not have the choice to follow these instructions in their situation.
Despite the fact that a Firestick, Roku, or other similar device is inexpensive and simple to use, it is still not the ideal answer.
