How to record your screen on a Samsung Galaxy S10, for recording any third-party app through the Game Launcher
- On a Samsung Galaxy S10, you may record the screen in order to capture recordings of third-party applications. Because the screen recorder is a feature of the Galaxy S10’s Game Tools, you must first add the app you wish to record to the Game Launcher before you can use it. You may record the screen of any third-party app on the Galaxy S10, however you will not be able to record the Home screen or any built-in apps. More articles may be found on the Business Insider homepage.
Something is in the process of loading. A built-in screen recording capability is available on theiPhone, making it simple to capture all of the activity taking place on youriPhone’sdisplay screen. If you possess aGalaxy S10, there’s no reason to feel envious (at least for the time being); theGalaxy S10 also includes a screen recorder, albeit it’s not well recognized. You may use it to record video footage of any third-party games or apps that you have installed on your phone. Screen recording is incorporated into the Game Launcher and is intended to allow you to record gameplay within games, but it can also be used to record gameplay in any other app that has been added to the Game Launcher by the user.
There is a significant constraint to it as a result of this. Because you can only record video within third-party apps, you won’t be able to record video from the built-in apps or from actions on your Home screen.
Check out the products mentioned in this article:
1.Open the Game Launcher application. 2.Drag the Library icon from the bottom of the screen to the top of the screen. Dave Johnson of Business Insider has contributed to this article. 3.Click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the Library window, then select “Add applications.” You can add any third-party app to the Game Library — they don’t have to be games in order to be included.
- 4.At the bottom of the list of third-party applications installed on your phone, choose the apps you wish to record and then touch “Add.” Starting the app you wish to record by touching its icon in the Game Launcher Library will start the recording process.

How to change the audio settings for screen recordings
Game Tools recorder defaults to recording sound for the video from your microphone, which you may change in the settings. Thus, some sound from your phone’s speakers will be picked up, including whatever sound the app is now producing, in addition to ambient noise, which will allow you to narrate to the phone’s microphone. If you would want to solely record audio from the app, follow these steps: 1.Open the Game Launcher application. 2.Open the app you wish to record by selecting it from the Game Launcher Library and pressing on its icon.
The gear-shaped symbol is located at the upper right corner of the Game Tools pop-up window.
There are several options for customizing your screen recording settings, including the audio source.

You’ll notice a quick “Watch recorded video” message appear towards the bottom of the screen as soon as you stop recording and press the Stop button. Click on it to be taken straight to the video. The Galaxy Note 10 was one of the first Samsung phones to include a screen recording capability, and using it in conjunction with the S Pen is a pleasure.
The smaller Note has a big punch
Samsung does a great deal with (just a little) resources. The Note 10 reduces the size of the S Pen, which is a unique and capable tool, to a phone that is much more manageable. Anyone who isn’t interested in the pen features, on the other hand, might consider saving money by purchasing a Galaxy S10 or S10+ instead. If you want to do a lesson or teach a friend how to complete particular chores on a Samsung Galaxy S10, recording the screen and saving it as a video clip and sending it or uploading it to a site like YouTube or social networks may be really beneficial. Sometimes we want to record a tale that we have seen on Instagram of an acquaintance, a phone call or video chat with a family member to retain as a memento or to use as proof, or we want to make a TikTok movie to share with our friends. Therefore far, there is no natural way built into Android (the Samsung Galaxy S10 ships from the factory with the operating system Android 9.0 (Pie); One UI) for recording the screen, so you must rely on third-party programs like the Game Launcher application from Samsung.
Screenshot taken using the Samsung Galaxy S10 5 minutes is the estimated time.
(5th point can be skipped if we already have the item.) To test it, we unlock our Galaxy S10 and slide a finger from the top edge of the screen down a few centimeters to reveal the fast panel, which has quick settings such as connecting to a Wi-Fi network, connecting Bluetooth, muting the phone, and turning on airplane mode, among others.
- 3-Third step: A floating menu will be presented; choose “Button order” to modify the order in which the buttons appear on the quick panel of your Samsung Galaxy S10 smartphone.
