Posted on March 21, 2021, at 9:18 p.m. Is it possible for a user to forget the email password to their Swiss email account, which does not have a backup email, in order to reset the password? The truth is that I stopped using this email and subsequently lost the password. Now it is causing me grief since I have reset the password for my Samsung account, but the phone appears to be insistent on using the first one. Have you even had the gal at the phone store give it a shot?

The phone is a galaxy 8plus, and the email address is a protonmail address that I never set as a backup address where a password reset would go, so I can’t get into something, and I’m not even sure what it is because it says my password has been reset on my computer but not on my phone, so I’m stumped.
