SIM Unlocking your phone will take a few minutes of your time. First-up, you need to find your IMEI number. Dial *#06# from the phone you want to unlock. The phone will display the IMEI number, of 15 or 17 digits, which you should make a note of, as the unlocking service will need it for reference.
Then power off your phone and remove the SIM card.
Once you’ve removed your old SIM, insert the new SIM into the phone you want to unlock. Fill in the details of your phone on the unlocking site, remembering to use the details of your OLD SIM, i.e., the provider you got it from. Then pay the fee, and you will receive an email with your unlock code. Power up your phone with the new SIM card and, when asked, enter the code you have been supplied by the unlock service.
